Tojay FAQ — Answers for Every Pakistani Player

Go to tojay.ws/register and fill in the free registration form — your full name, Pakistani mobile number, email address, and date of birth. Submit the form and verify your mobile number using the OTP sent via SMS. That's it. The entire process takes under two minutes and there is no fee to register. You can start playing as soon as your mobile number is verified and your first deposit lands.

Registration on Tojay is completely free — no sign-up fee, no monthly subscription, nothing. The only money that ever moves is what you choose to deposit yourself for betting and gaming. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. Tojay does not charge account maintenance fees.

No. Each person may hold only one Tojay account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different contact details — violates Tojay's Terms and Conditions. Tojay is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years old to register and play. Age is verified at registration through date of birth and confirmed again during the KYC identity verification process that is required before your first withdrawal. Any account confirmed to belong to a person under 18 is closed immediately.

KYC on Tojay requires a clear photo or scan of your Pakistani CNIC (front and back) or a valid Pakistani passport. The document must be current — expired documents are not accepted. KYC is only required when you submit your first withdrawal request, not at registration. Once completed, it is a one-time process and does not need to be repeated.

You can update your email address, contact preferences, and password from Account Settings after logging in. Changes to your registered name or mobile number require identity verification — contact Tojay support at support@tojay.ws with your CNIC and a brief explanation. Core identity details (name, CNIC number, date of birth) cannot be changed after KYC verification is completed.

On the Tojay login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your registered Pakistani mobile number. An OTP will be sent to that number. Enter the OTP, set your new password, and you are back in. The whole process takes under two minutes. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, contact support@tojay.ws with your CNIC for manual verification.

Yes. Tojay offers OTP login as an alternative to password login. On the login page, select the "OTP Login" tab, enter your registered Pakistani mobile number, and enter the 6-digit code sent via SMS. OTP login is just as secure as password login — many Pakistani players prefer it because there is nothing to forget or get wrong.

After several consecutive failed password attempts, Tojay temporarily locks the account as a security measure. Wait 30 minutes and try again, or switch to OTP login to bypass the password lock immediately. If the lock persists beyond 30 minutes or was triggered for a different reason, contact support@tojay.ws with your registered mobile number for a manual review.

The minimum deposit on Tojay is Rs 200. This applies to all payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by Tojay, though your bank or mobile wallet may have its own transfer limits.

Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay deposits appear in your Tojay PKR wallet instantly in almost all cases. IBFT bank transfers typically take 1–2 hours during banking hours. Card payments are usually instant but may occasionally take a few minutes for the card network to confirm. If a deposit does not appear within 2 hours, contact Tojay support with your transaction reference number.

Tojay does not charge deposit fees from its side. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges for outgoing transfers — these are outside Tojay's control. Check with your Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank directly if you are unsure what fees they apply. The amount that reaches your Tojay wallet is the amount credited to your account.

The minimum withdrawal on Tojay is Rs 500. You must also have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed. After KYC is approved, subsequent withdrawal requests are handled at the standard processing time for your chosen payment method — typically under 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash.

For verified accounts, Tojay processes Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals in under 15 minutes in most cases. SadaPay and NayaPay are similarly fast. IBFT bank transfers can take 1–4 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. Card withdrawals typically take 1–3 business days to reflect on your card statement. Your first-ever withdrawal may take slightly longer as KYC verification is completed.

First, check that your KYC verification is complete and approved — a pending KYC status is the most common reason for a delayed first withdrawal. Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for deposits as a security and anti-money-laundering requirement. If you need to withdraw to a different wallet or bank account, contact Tojay support to explain the situation. Additional verification may be required before an alternative withdrawal destination is approved.

You place a bet in PKR before the round starts and cash out at any point while the plane is still flying — the multiplier at the moment you cash out is applied to your bet. Yes. Tojay offers live in-play betting on cricket matches — you can bet while the match is in progress, with odds updating in real time based on the match situation. Baccarat is a card game where you bet on whether the Player hand or the Banker hand will be closest to a total of 9, or whether the result will be a Tie. New Tojay players receive a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The bonus is automatically credited to your Tojay PKR wallet once the deposit is confirmed. Wagering requirements (sometimes called playthrough requirements) mean you need to bet your bonus amount a specified number of times before you can withdraw winnings generated from that bonus. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of Rs 10,000 in bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Once you are a registered Tojay player, you have a unique referral code in your account. Share this code with friends in Pakistan. When a friend registers using your code and makes their first deposit, you earn a referral reward credited to your Tojay PKR wallet. No. When you self-exclude on Tojay, you are removed from all marketing and promotional communication lists immediately. You will not receive SMS promotions, bonus offers, or any other marketing material during your exclusion period. If you do receive any such communication after self-excluding, report it to support@tojay.ws immediately so we can investigate.

If your connection drops mid-game on Tojay, the platform records the state of your session at the point of disconnection. When you reconnect and log back in, the game resumes from where it left off where technically possible. For games where the outcome was already determined before disconnection (e.g., a completed Aviator round), the result stands as recorded on Tojay's servers — not your device's screen. If you believe a result was recorded incorrectly due to a disconnect, contact support with the date, time, and game involved.

Yes. All data transmitted between your device and Tojay is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security) — the same standard used by online banks. Your CNIC documents, payment details, and personal information are stored securely and are never shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
