Tojay Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Tojay ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Tojay operates the online betting and gaming platform accessible at tojay.ws and is the entity responsible for all services described within these Terms.

By completing the registration process on Tojay, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, logging into an existing Tojay account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or game wager on Tojay, you are confirming your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This acceptance is binding on you personally and is not transferable.

If you access or use Tojay on behalf of any other person, organisation, or entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to bind that party to these Terms, and by proceeding you accept these Terms on their behalf as well as your own.

To be eligible to register and use Tojay, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Tojay strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds within it will be forfeited.
• You must be registering and playing as a private individual in your own name, not as a business or professional entity.
• You must not have been self-excluded from Tojay or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains active.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a Tojay employee in a position that creates a conflict of interest with fair play.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and keep that information up to date.
• You must be the sole and authorised user of the payment methods used to fund your Tojay account.

Tojay reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or address at any time. Players who cannot supply satisfactory documentation when requested may have their accounts suspended and withdrawals held pending verification.

Each player may hold only one (1) account on Tojay. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity documents, device, payment method, IP address, or household — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within duplicate accounts.

When registering on Tojay you must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number. This number will be used for OTP verification and for account security purposes. It is your responsibility to ensure your mobile number remains accessible and updated on your Tojay account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Tojay login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any other person. Tojay will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. Any activity that occurs on your Tojay account using your credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

Tojay accepts deposits from Pakistani players in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

All deposit transactions must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — mobile wallets or bank accounts belonging to another individual — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source account.

Tojay does not charge fees on deposits from its side. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may charge their own transfer fees, for which Tojay takes no responsibility.

Tojay processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount across all methods is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed in PKR.

Standard withdrawal processing time on Tojay is under 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and up to 2 hours for IBFT bank transfers. These timeframes apply to verified accounts. First-time withdrawal requests may take slightly longer as Tojay's compliance team carries out a standard identity check.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport. This is a one-time process and is required by Tojay's anti-money laundering obligations. Once KYC is completed, subsequent withdrawals process at standard speed.

• Withdrawals are only paid to accounts in your own name.
• Any active bonus funds must meet their wagering requirements before the bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Tojay reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000.
• Tojay does not charge withdrawal fees. Your receiving payment provider may apply their own charges.

All bets placed on Tojay are subject to the platform's betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game at the time the bet is placed. The minimum stake for all sports betting markets on Tojay is Rs 100.

Once a bet is confirmed by Tojay's system, it cannot be cancelled or altered by the player unless Tojay offers a specific Cash Out function for that market and the player explicitly activates it before settlement. The Cash Out value offered by Tojay at any given moment reflects current market conditions and is not guaranteed to be available at all times.

Tojay reserves the right to void any bet — in full or in part — under the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed with odds that were published in error (manifest error).
• The event to which the bet relates is abandoned, postponed, or materially changed in a way that affects the market.
• There is evidence of irregular or suspicious betting activity associated with the bet or the underlying event.
• A technical error affected the bet placement or odds display in a way that was not immediately visible to the player.

Live in-play betting markets on Tojay update in real time based on event progression. Tojay's trading team may suspend live markets at any time for any operational reason. Bets placed before a market suspension are valid and will settle normally unless voided under the conditions above.

Tojay runs promotional offers — welcome bonuses, free bets, cashback, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions — for the benefit of Pakistani players on the platform. Each individual promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

The Tojay referral programme pays a reward of Rs 1,000 to the referring player when a referred friend completes their first qualifying deposit on Tojay. Referral rewards are credited to the referring player's Tojay wallet within 24 hours of the referred player's qualifying deposit being confirmed. Referral rewards are subject to a 1x wagering requirement before withdrawal.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account to which they were credited.
• Tojay reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through multiple accounts, coordinated group play, or any form of bonus staking — will have bonus funds removed and may have their accounts suspended.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address, and device.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Tojay and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Tojay account under any circumstances.
• Using Tojay while under the age of 18.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a way that gives an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, including Baccarat or live dealer games on Tojay.
• Exploiting any technical error, bug, or glitch in Tojay's platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting errors are void.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering through Tojay.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Abusing Tojay's customer support team or any Tojay representative through threatening, harassing, or abusive communications.

Tojay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if, in Tojay's sole judgement, any of the following conditions apply:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Tojay has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or deceptive activity.
• The account holder has initiated a chargeback or dispute through their payment provider without first contacting Tojay to resolve the issue.
• The account holder requests voluntary self-exclusion through Tojay's responsible gaming tools.

In the event of account closure due to a player's own request — as opposed to closure for Terms violation — any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. In cases of account closure for Terms violation, Tojay reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

Tojay is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players on the platform. Tojay provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within every player's account settings at no charge:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) — reducing your maximum deposit amount with immediate effect.
• Session time limits — setting a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which the session ends automatically.
• Reality check reminders — periodic notifications showing how long you have been playing during a session.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently blocking your access to Tojay for a period of your choosing. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Tojay collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by players in order to operate the platform, comply with regulatory and anti-money laundering obligations, process payments, and provide customer support. The types of data collected include your name, mobile number, CNIC information (for KYC), device identifiers, and transaction history.

Tojay does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tojay's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Tojay shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their Tojay account in the 30 calendar days preceding the relevant claim.

Tojay is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, opportunity, or anticipated savings arising from your use of — or inability to use — Tojay.
• Delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond Tojay's reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or third-party payment processor disruptions.
• Incorrect odds or results published as a result of a data feed error from a third-party sports data provider, subject to Tojay's right to void affected bets.
• Gambling losses incurred by any player as a result of their own betting decisions.

Tojay may update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Tojay will update the "last updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where practical, notify affected players via a notification in their Tojay account or by email or SMS.

It is your responsibility as a Tojay player to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of Tojay following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you disagree with any revision, you should stop using Tojay and, if you have a balance, contact Tojay support to arrange its withdrawal before closing your account.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which Tojay is licensed and operated.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to Tojay, you should first contact Tojay's player support team via live chat or by email at support@tojay.ws. Tojay will make a genuine effort to resolve complaints promptly and fairly. In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved to the player's satisfaction through direct communication with Tojay, the dispute resolution process outlined in Tojay's Complaints Policy will apply.
